Friday of Scientific Culture: Wetlands of Valparaíso

On Fridays of Scientific Culture, the Fonck Museum invites you to learn about the Wetlands, their ecological role and conservation.

In a world where freshwater is a precious resource, wetlands are critical ecosystems and the biodiversity they support connects us to life on the planet. It is essential to be informed and take action for their protection and conservation.

The initiative will be headed by Carmen Espoz, Marine Biologist and Doctor in Biological Sciences, mention in Ecology. Dean of the Faculty of Sciences and Director of the Bahía Lomas Center, Universidad Santo Tomás.
