Book presentation: Mamá de mierda

Veronica Ojeda is an accredited Social Worker and Judicial Expert, who has practiced her profession for 23 years, accompanying families in the areas of parenting, emotional education, stress management and development of parenting skills.
The book invites to question learned patterns, look at childhood wounds and reflect on how they influence parenting. It also provides practical tools to implement self-care, promoting positive parenting free of violence.
On the occasion, the editor Patricio González will also participate in this activity programmed by the Municipal Library.
