Located between the coastal path to Reñaca, to the north, and Playa del Deporte, to the south, Playa Las Salinas, is one of the most traditional spas on the Viñamarina coastal offer.
It is located between large rocks, which protects visitors from the wind and ensures less intensity in the waves, making swimming on its beach safer.
Its history as a spa dates back to 1929, the year in which its first tourist facilities were inaugurated. It owes its name to the fact that, at the beginning of the 20th century, a factory for the extraction of salt was installed in the sector in which it is located, however, the project never materialized.
